Operating as a contractor to Talk, you can choose your own hours, work from home at times that fit your schedule, and share your knowledge and experience with centres that are just starting out, or needing some help through a challenge. It is the perfect mix of management hands on without the long hours and pressure of running your own centre.
To be eligible to join our team of professionals, you must legally reside in New Zealand, have at least 3 years centre management or 2IC experience within the ECE sector, and be open for a challenging and diverse role.
You will be rewarded with pay ranging between $40-45 per hour and be fully supported by our team.
